Royal works closely with core leadership—Trevor, Fish, and Hitman—to guide the network’s strategic goals, development milestones, and cross-platform initiatives. A major strength Royal brings to the team is his position as the resident USA Manager. Due to the Dirty Gofer Network’s expanding global presence, Royal’s location in the United States plays a vital role in bridging time zone gaps. While other leaders are based in different parts of the world, Royal helps ensure round-the-clock coverage and decision-making across all time zones. His availability during key windows where others may be offline allows the network to better serve its international player base and maintain uninterrupted oversight across operations.

Beyond his executive duties, Royal is also a hands-on creative force. He actively runs and maintains his own projects under the network, including the acclaimed Corroded Chill ECO server. Designed and coded entirely by Royal from scratch, this ECO server delivers a one-of-a-kind gameplay experience that blends technical depth with player-friendly design. From back-end systems to the user experience, Corroded Chill ECO is a showcase of Royal’s capabilities as both a developer and server architect.

In addition, Royal leads as the Head Director of the Network’s Minecraft Division, where he applies his same level of vision, technical excellence, and passion to create robust, imaginative, and sustainable Minecraft environments. His work continues to lay the foundation for what the Dirty Gofer Network delivers outside of Rust and ECO, making strides into broader sandbox and survival genres.

Royal has also entered the world of Umod/Oxide plugin development, where he has created a suite of original plugins tailored specifically for the network’s evolving gameplay systems. These custom-built tools expand what’s possible within the Rust ecosystem, allowing Dirty Gofer servers to stay on the cutting edge of performance, creativity, and player engagement.
